Friday: Met up with one of my best friends at, Duh,Duh,Du-Dum - The Mall ! We shared some smoothies with a protein boost and good conversation before I dragged him into F21. He was a champ! And even stood between me and the "no photos" dude so I could pop off some inspirations. I gotta say, everything from the pink pearls to the black lace and animal prints are "IN" right now. Love it !!!
I'm looking to embellish some shoes and tie some fabric through my beads for sure.
I did get a black layering T that is ankle length! Can't wait to wear/layer it :)
Oohh and the coolest headband ever. Kinda Bohemianish.
My Bud, Joseph. He popped off my outfit shots for me. The shadows were killer!
My outfit was a cross between the Ghost Whisperer (bottom half) and hippie gal. ( Kinda )
Before Blogdonia, I'd never have though to pair forest green with lt.blue and purple.
I drew the light blue from the feathers, Duh !
My bag is a cosmetic bag. I love the floral prints on them, plus roomy :)
Holds a small purse and my cammy ;)
Then as all good times come to and end........
It was Saturday !
Thanks to Lesa, from Always Summer for tagging me to answer

Sunday:
As the rain drew to an end, the sunset gave a golden glow that was beautifully creepy, I thought about why people leave Anonymous comments on blogs? So, I decided to write them a letter. So many of us have experienced this mystery person. Sometimes the things they say are hurtful and maybe others only mean to point out something that makes them in some way feel "right". So why not own your opinions ? Here's my letter.
Dear Anonymous,
Why do you hide behind this word ? Is there a need within you to try to trample and judge the creative spark that resides within others ? To try to make otherwise brave, bold and lovely women question who they are ? If it's a point you need to make, why do you not openly identify yourself, instead of hiding behind the mask of Anonymity ? Are you afraid of being judged they same way you choose to judge others ?
For a brief moment, you take my power. Does that make you feel better about yourself ? I certainly hope not, because that is such a lonely existence. Many hurtful "opportunities" hide behind the mask of Anonymity. Bomb Threats are an example of the cowardly use of this word. I have never heard of someone who threatens others own up to it. Unless they are just plain old mean, or nuts.
Why not own your opinions , or is it because they really don't count ?
Webster's defines Anonymity as : Lacking individuality, distinction, or recognizability.
To me, it appears to be a way to avoid accountability. To hide. To try and tear down others in order to build yourself up. That, my dear, is an illusion.
Take responsibility for your words, actions and opinions. Or do they really not count at all ?
Be the Peace you Seek :)
Sincerely, Reva
Skirt: Blue Sky from Loose Lucy's.
This letter is NOT directed towards anyone in particular, and some Anonymous comments are very sweet :)
I welcome anyone to comment, and I read each and every one. This is directed at the cowardly ones ;)
Especially when they hurt others.

Here's to a wonderful week !

So many beautiful things in this post, Reva! I adore that outfit, one of your best for sure. The peacock necklace is a triumph and I love to layer vests, too.
Great facts about you, thanks for the tag, I'll enjoy thinking up some answers.
Anonymous posters are mostly lovely, the odd ones who criticise intrigue me. I mean, if you don't like someone's style why waste the energy commenting? Odd. xxx
What a great post, beautiful colours throughout as well, particularly in the skies! x
I really like this outfit.
It's simple but really cute.
:)
I'm thinking of getting a girl with an indian peacock feather head dress on tattoed on the top of my arm.
:)
After my sea horses get done of course.
:)
I need to get my inspirational photos together for Fall//Winter.
I think you'd like my inspirations.
It's boho meets grunge.

So glad you wrote that to anonymous- I hate how people hide behind anonymity- and it is alays negative. The have the wrong medium for that kind of critism
I loved reading about you- so deep but so whimsical at the same time- a rare combo- thanks for the tag.
Hi Reva, so love the peacock, my hippie daughter got a flowy peacock dress, I am jealous of both of you.
thanks for answering my 8, I know they are a pain sometimes.
I m so excited, I bought two vintage dresses on Etsy today, one really floral and one gauzy Mexican looking, I am going to have them hemmed shorter and try for a Reva look.
If it is any consolation I was dragged through the mall by my teenagers today. Somehow I spent every cent I had and didn't get a darn thing.....
Ps. I have a button that says "Turn off the TV and Read!" I have limited my children during the school year and I am such a bad guy, hey, I can live with that.
peacock necklace good. anon mean comments bad. ok, mean negative for no reason comments useless. and bad.
great post-- i'm currently anon. but will get my blogger up soon.... love your outfits & inspiration <3
