Each year, there seems to be a color of the moment. 

This year it's mint. From mint clothing and bags, to shoes and accessories. 

Plus the top has another trend factor: Sheer.

I toughened up the shade with a little black for good measure.

I didn't get this one on 1/2 price day, but at $8.00, it's still a bargain!

Going Green for real....

I am proof positive that any trend 

can be reproduced in a thrift shop!

This isn't one of my best outfits, but I scored several printed pants from Goodwill and other thrift stores the other day. I can't wait to share them with you all. Ain't Got Time For The Rain

Happy Friday!
A big shout-out to all my friends and family in the Mid-west after the unexpected tornado's that hit yesterday. My brother's work-place 
(a hospital non-the-less) was torn apart. Luckily he was home!
We are expecting another round tonight. Prayers: check!
Flashlight: check, Candles: check, Radio: check, Basement: check...
