"Fringe Blogger"

I have been dying to show you this view for a long time. It's the parking lot of my therapist :)

It overlooks the valley between I74 and Mt.Airy Forrest. Just keep heading west and you'll hit Indiana.
Honestly, this idea is blatant plagiarism .

I have really been into cutting, chopping and sewing the past week or so. When I saw DirtyHairHalo wearing a chopped up T, I had to give it a go. I may be considered too "old" for such a top, so that's when I decided to make one of my own ! Shannon can wear a trash bag and rock it, so there's no competition there ;) But she is so creative and puts together some looks I would never think of !  Cudo's Shannon. You Rock!

I wore my version over a plain black tank dress and kept the rest minimal as not to compete with the shirt. How'd I do ? Would you rock this T over 40 ? Show me some of your DIY's and I would love to post them!

On another note, do you ever get down when you lose a follower ? I know this is a tender subject, and I don't enjoy being wimpy, but when it happens to me, I always wonder what I did wrong. Or did I say something offensive ? I know I post too many photos, but I really can't make up my mind :) My Hubs says that I add too much commentary and photos. Since I am doing a blog-over, I would really appreciate any "constructive" advice. I also know that I don't fit a certain demographic.My Hubs calls me a "fringe blogger".  I believe that mixing things up and trying new things keeps me young and creative(ish). What would you like to see ? My leaf is a turning ;)

I really enjoy blogging and I am always trying to improve, so hit me (gently, please) !
