GOLDEN POSIES in the Cemetery

The cemetery in Cinti. is the happening place when Spring arrives. I saw these beautiful bushes and planted myself beside them. The "cemetery cop" made me move my car , but my battery had died long before that , plus I don't do sweat . I'm not complaining , though ! I got some cool shots, though the sun was blaring .

I love this dress. It's a vintage Laura Ashley , with really big pockets and the dreaded empire waist doesn't make me look too preggers. The only flaw - Sleeveless .

BLACK AND WHITE

I love Black and White. In clothing, and especially Photographs and Movies. Yesterday I was feeling uninspired, but after a day out and looking at some inspirational photos from Fade To Black , I'm better. I shot some images in our local cemetery, but my battery died and is re-charging. So, for today the them is Black and White!

My outfit: Skirt, thrifted. Leg warmers: Target - Black cardi: Dots. - Green top: K-mart,clx. Black cloth & plastic beads: Sears - Belt: thrifted - Hat: ? - Flats: Target, old.

FEELING UNINSPIRED

" Feeling Un-inspired, I think I'll light a Fire... "

Today has been one of those days where I feel so uninspired. Actually yesterday as well. I went to the library and photographed my outfit, but I hated it, so I chucked it and put on some comfy, different, simple "me" clothes instead. I poked around the yard - the iris sprouts are all green , but all I did was sit and stare. My inspiration book is full of ideas, My spare bed is covered with Spring outfit ideas, but my brain seemed to reject them today. I suppose I am in "To Do" list overload. I re-capped my outfits from my trip back to the country, but failed to do anything which remotely seemed constructional. Is that a word? Any way, do you ever feel Uninspired even when inspiration is all around you? Do you ever feel "down" and can't put your finger on Why ? Maybe sometimes we all just need to "BE" and not wonder why. Hmmm........

These tights are so old I don't remember where they came from, but are easily over 15 yrs. old - I swear! - and the elastic around the waist is stretched so bad that I have to wear something over them or they slide down! I bought them in the early 90's or late 80's during a flash-dance phase. It's funny that they would appear new as the leggings trend is so big right now!
