Posies and Cabin Fever

HI EVERYBODY !
AS ANOTHER ROUND OF SNOW HIT THE MID-WESTERN US TODAY,
I HAVE MADE MYSELF A VOW TO GET DRESSED NO MATTER WHAT .......
TO 'PRETEND' THAT I AM A REAL PERSON WHO HAS STUFF TO DO ;) ~ WHICH I DO .
EVEN IF MY 'TO-DO' LIST CONSISTS OF WATCHING MOVIES OR CLEANING THE BATHROOM....

THIS OUTFIT IS A BOHEMIAN THROW-TOGETHER LOOK
( WHICH USUALLY TURN OUT BETTER THAN 'PLANNED' ONES ).
THIS TOP WAS ACTUALLY SUPPOSED TO BE WORN COMPLETELY DIFFERENTLY,
BUT A DOSE OF POSIES WAS IN ORDER :)

HONESTLY, THIS WINTER HAS BEEN MOSTLY SPENT LEARNING HOW TO TAKE BETTER PHOTOS AND THE ABOVE MENTIONED MOVIE-A-THON ;)  ~ We have free movie channels for 6 months ;)
I HAVE ALSO BEEN DOING DIY STUFF AND RESEARCHING REALLY INTERESTING PSYCHOBABBLE ....
CABIN FEVER IS FINALLY BEGINNING TO ROT MY BRAIN....
I HAD A GREAT CONVERSATION AT THE GROCERY STORE LAST NIGHT ON POLITICS ........
( I THINK I WORE OUT MY WELCOME WHEN SHE BEGAN TO INCH SLOWLY BACKWARDS )
ARRGH ! I'VE BECAME THAT WOMAN !

Mwa, HA, HA .....
IF YOU SEE ME COMING, QUICKLY WALK THE OTHER WAY ;)

ATTIRE:    FLORAL TOP/ Brown Linen SKIRT: THRIFTED
ACCESSORIES: A VARIETY OF OLD STUFF
                  SPANDEX/COTTON TANKS: SEARS ( INVALUABLE ;)

Well you look terrific! Total effortless chic here. LOVE that bright robin's egg blue you're sporting Reva: it is YOUR color!

I have a horror of becoming "that woman," but for me the evidence is in my little nests all over the house. I had a snow day today and watched movies myself: Blow Up and Seamless.

I'm liking the bright colors and the detail on the skirt.

Such beautiful colors on you, and I love the great contrast between the blue and purple. Awesome outfit, and I love your sense of humor. You make me smile!

Reva, you think you have cabin fever?
Try being 9 months pregnant in this weather, it is enough to make anyone really go crazy! When it is okay to go out (like this past week when all the snow melted) I didn't feel up to it. Now that I do feel good enough to go out, I'm snowed in. I just look up pictures of the beach online and that helps some :) Glad to see your doing well there neighbor!

I'm with you. It's the slow season for me, and I am so bored. I'm going crazy. I'm also on a terrible sleep schedule which doesn't help. I am loving all your color, and floral print. Ive been obsessed with floral prints lately, and need to get my hands on some.

You look glorious, I can't believe that outfit is thrown together.
I've just come back from town with a new phone number stowed away in my mobile, Jon just signs and says "not another new friend you've met in a charity shop?". xxx

I love the thrown together look.
It's effortless boho chic.
:)

I'm getting the same way with people.
I have been stuck in our apartment for awhile now.
I really need to get out more!!!
