This was a fun post. And I would not mind wearing glasses if I looked as good in them as you do!

You're in Cincinnati? My daughter teaches for Princeton City Schools and I plan a thrifting trip to Cincy sometime soon. The price of gas makes it seem silly to drive 100 miles to go thrifting but I have the bonus of visiting with my daughter. Hope to hit the Valley Thrift store over by Jungle Jim's. You've presented several good looks to scope out.

I've been looking for bright 80s-inspired colours. So far, I've found a vibrant aqua pencil skirt and a casual bright coral skirt. Now I just need some warm weather!

I do the same thing. I collect my inspiration, and then go thrifting with my ideas. It is so much more fun that way.

Hey There Reva, You are gonna love this, went to the Salvation Army yesterday for some serious shopping and I came out with a friggin rocking chair! Now I'm almost 50 (how can that be, can I still like the Stones and eminem???) but a rocking chair?

I like the long shirt and pj shorts Idea and I saw a dress very similar to the vintagy looking one that you said could have pockets at TJ Max for $16.

Today the big girls and I go shopping and sushi, since they can drive I can have sake, life is good!

You cannot beat a good charity shopping spree! I hate normal shops, so predictable and so blinking expensive.
I love your round up of things to look for, good luck in your quest. xxx

I'd go thrifting with you any day. I don't wear many animal prints...but I really like what it looks like with the florals.
